The purpose of such
fragmentation is to avoid a continuous
facade and at the same time
seek the integration of the
building itself in a residential
and industrial context.

The material proposal focuses on
the balance between industrial and
handcrafted materials. It is a
proposal where the industrial
materials provide order and
structure while the handcrafted
materials provide solar control
and warmth.
